At this, our second annual virtual Education Summit, CLSI is bringing together forward-thinking innovators, educators, and leaders to share their experiences, learnings, and insights. This summit will involve exciting dialogue among all those involved in the laboratory community and we invite you to share your stories.

We want to hear how you are integrating technology, artificial intelligence, and machine learning in your organization to improve quality, efficiency, safety, and patient outcomes. We are interested in case studies demonstrating techniques and tactics navigating new automations and new regulatory requirements.

  Submission Deadline:
    15 December 2025

What We're Looking For
We're seeking 20–30-minute interactive case studies that teach through experience: We are looking for everyday case studies, practical learnings from the bench - what you tried or implemented, what worked and what didn't, how CLSI standards played a role, and what others can learn from or replicate from your experience. We especially encourage proposals that invite audience engagement with live Q&A, polls, quick demonstrations, or brief walk-throughs.

Content Submissions
This year’s theme focuses on the next generation of laboratories and laboratory testing, spotlighting how emerging technologies and new protocols are transforming diagnostics, workflows, and patient care. We’re looking for compelling, practical, and forward-thinking contributions that showcase:

Real-world case examples
Demonstrating successful implementation of new technologies, standards, or processes.

Applied learnings
Teaching specific skills, tools, or methodologies relevant to modern laboratory practice.

Innovative approaches
Highlighting laboratory education, workforce development, and standards implementation solutions.

Cross-disciplinary collaborations
Highlighting the evolving role of labs in public health, AI integration, and global diagnostics.

Submission Deadline:
15 December 2025
